Your zip file is missing some other files (bios/system file zip files) that the game requires. Your zip file is out of date and not from a MAME 0.149 romset. They are also plugins, so if you have a filter that you think should be added, let me know and I can see about porting it. Your zip file isn't named correctly for the game you're trying to load (it cannot just be named anything you want).
